Guest guest
Hi Anne, sorry to hear about your lack of success from the flush. Fatigue is definitly a reason NOT to flush, as is any sickness. The flush requires extra energy from your body. You may be full of stones (sounds like you are from your weak liver symptoms), and your body doesn't have the energy to flush them out. The green stones are the same gallstones and liver stones that the doctors remove from the gall bladder after gall bladder surgery, or they find in the liver during autopsies. See the pictures at our website: http://photos./group/gallstones/lst There are 18 webpages, so made sure you look at all of them. There are all kinds of gall stones, including soft green ones made of bile and cholesterol. People think the word stone has to mean something as hard as a rock, but not so in gall stones. Address your thyroid/energy problem naturally and you will be more in the condition to do a successful flush. Have you felt better and more energetic after your flushes? If you have, you HAVE been successful and if I were you I'd do more. If you have not felt better and more energetic after your flushes, I would address the thyroid function issue naturally and hold off on the flushes. I'd also take things to help my liver every day. That will help no matter what else you do. Hope this helps, Vince Best Regards, Vince > > > I'm wondering if I should continue trying to do liver cleansings. Because you mention chronic fatique, thought I'd mention there are so many factors that contribute to that. I started having problems after I came down with a weird virus going around Los Angeles in Spring 1987 when I was living there. It also can be related to lots of nasty gray mercury-filled fillings in the teeth. And other kinds of toxic overload in the system. Using natural chelation methods like parsley, etc. can help. Always good to try to visit a holistic practioner if possible to get an overall view. CM
Guest guest
Hi Anne, The day after I miss taking my vitamin A & D (son 10,000IU A & 400IU D) my eyes return to intermittent blurring... Very dangerous when it happens when you're driving, especially if it's both eyes. I hope this helps. Jeanne > The biggest problem is that I started having vision problems in 1999 and though it was medication but it has continued now that I'm off medication. It now seems to be directly related to food, particularly processed food. My vision goes blurry almost immediately when I eat chemicals, or non whole foods. That is why I think my liver is not functioning well. This is still a guess, though. What could that mean in relation to liver cleanses? Would anyone venture a guess? Thanks. > > anne
Guest guest
Actually to be more specific...Cilantro is the type of parsley you want (in Austalia we normally call this European or Continental Parsley)... Cilantro is the chelator par excellence... Here is a detox/chelation recipe I got from somewhere.. From: http://www.internationalrawfoods.org/Recipes.htm and also http://chetday.com/howtoremoveheavymetals.htm There are several other web pages saying basically the same thing Recipe: 4 cloves rawv garlic 1/3 cup Brazil nuts (selenium) 1/3 cup sunflower seeds (cysteine) 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium) 2 cups packed fresh cilantro (coriander, Chinese parsley) (vitamin A) 2/3 cup flaxseed oil 4 tablespoons lemon juice (vitamin C) 2 tsp dulse powder Sea salt to taste That is the entire recipe ..I assume you are supposed to blend it in the blender ....thats what I do...its great as a dressing for raw or cooked vegetables....I usually sub extra virgin Olive Oil in varying amounts,.. for flax oil though..Only because I reserve flax oil (out of my deep freezer)..for mixing with kefir ..(aka Johanna Budwig)..fwiw ----- Original Message ----- From: Carol in dc gallstones Sent: Sunday, March 13, 2005 3:33 PM Subject: Re: no stones in 4 cleanses I can't remember off hand in in a mess of others stuff. Guest guest
Thanks for recipe! I was trying to get cilantro out of my brain but it kept coming out CILEANDOR :-( Re. flax oil IN kefir - ack, waste of good kefir . I just culp down the flax seed oil straight from bottle (without mouthing the opening) and THEN swallow something tasty quick to get rid of the taste. Guest guest
Dear , Please take it from me because I just experienced this. Well, " acute " pancreatitis, anyway. (Is there a difference? I really don't know). Anyway, if you're wondering and\or worrying about whether you have acute pancreatitis, you do *not* have it. You are literally doubled over in pain, you cannot eat a thing because it highly intensifies the pain, and ... well, let me put it to you this way. Until you've had this, you only *thought* you knew what stomach cramps are. By the way, if you ever have this, get thee to the hospital PRONTO. It can and will kill you unless treated properly. (An RN acquaintance of mine confirmed this). The only treatment is " nothing by mouth " (and I do mean, nothing. They let me have ice chips, but only a few). They'll put you on IV fluids with added pottasium, etc. for nourishment. They'll do blood tests daily to find out your amalaise and lipase numbers, and wait until they come down to normal before they start letting you have a liquid diet. For me it was 6 days on NPO (nothing by mouth). Mark > What are the symptoms of pancreatitis anyone? > please! >
Guest guest
Hi Carol, That is because the plant part is called cilantro and the seed is called coriander. I think you were putting both words together. : ) G Murray Carol in dc wrote: >Thanks for recipe!
