tonsil troubles

G'day,

Well after a fairly good run, and a near-miss with a Flare, it seems we have

a new worry for Bayly.

I got his doctor to check Bayly's tonsils today, as they seemed rather

swollen to me last week, after the whole

gastro-thing-followed-by-a-nasty-cold. And yep, they're still swollen. Big

time.

Doc wants me to keep an eye on them, and an ear on Bayly's breathing at

night. He snores already, like his little sister, (but NOWHERE near the

extent of their daddy!) but if he seems to struggle or breathe irregular,

it'll be more prodding and poking for Bay. Great.

Anyone had any tonsil trouble? I had mine out when I was 8, but they seem

to wait longer before operating these days, don't they?

Any affect on Arthur at all?

Something is certainly going on with the boy, he had the world's biggest

tantrum this afternoon- even covered the floor of his bedroom with things

he'd thrown, after being put in to calm down! Grrr.

I thought once you started dropping the Pred the moods might improve...

Anyway, hope all are well, we're sweltering here in Oz, while you shiver in

the US, I guess.

Oh and Happy Thanksgiving, for whenever it is (we don't celebrate it Down

Under).

Jo
