For me food combining is key for how my digestion works. But, I am human and

I do not always combine properly. That is when I tend to constipation. I then

take an herbal laxative which does not seem to cause an issue when I withdraw

from it.

Or use prunes or prune juice if you prefer something more natural than Epsom

salts.

Hi Carol,

I totally agree with you---however I believe s Moritz (The

Amazing Liver Flush) has used epson salts quite frequently without

any problem---

Variety is probably the spice of life. I find if I do a bunch of a

fruit or veggie I haven't had in a few weeks -- or a laxative -- it

REALLY works. So rotation may be part of the issue for using laxatives

as needed but preserving motility. (Of course, that's ASSUMING one is

not eating a constipating diet but just trying to keep everything moving

to keep liver/gall bladder working/hearling properly.)
