What are these dissolving techniques? What are the benefits of coconut oil

to gallstones? I have some really good coconut oil but I never use it.

If anyone has any time at all to post or point me in the right direction of

these stone dissolving techniques I would REALLY appreciate it. I can only

get on the computer for 5 minutes at a time. Please, if anyone has this

info saved I'd GREATLY appreciate it. I am desperate to dissolve some of

these things and do whatever I can while nursing...I've got 9 long months

before I am able to attempt a cleanse.

Thanks,

Traci

I've previously enumerated several summations of the STONE

DISSOLVING TECHNIQUES I've used to good effect, as have

several others. from Atlanta is great on this topic. It's all in

the archives.

Regarding the CO, you really owe it to yourself to read holistic

doctor Tom Cowan of westonapricefoundation.com especially In

his new book " THE FOURFOLD PATH OF HEALING- Working

With the Laws of Nutrition, Therapeutics, Movement and

Meditation in teh Art of Medicine " . He unfurls his insight into the

true causation of gallstones. It's amazing how blind most MDs

and especially Gastroenterologists, are to these basic laws of

body rhythms and flow patterns. The " forgotten energetics " of

medicine.

This from the book " EAT FAT LOSE FAT " :

COCONUT OIL:

1) Ideal fat for those with GB ailments

2) Most of the fatty acids in CO don't require bile for digestion

3) Stone formation indicates the body has felt the need to

increase it's cholesterol reservoir (cholesterol stones)

4) This is because all bodies need to store cholesterol and will

increase storage if an adequate supply can't be insured.

5) A low fat diet is the worst thing you can do regarding stones

because it causes the body to store more cholesterol.

Plus the GB is not flushed enough. (It also causes your body

to store more body fat)

6) Vegetable oils (in excess) and trans fats INFLAME the GB

avoid all hydrogenated vegetable oils.

7) Eat plenty of organic, grass-fed butter and fat, also wild fish

IF THE GB HAS BEEN REMOVED

1) Eat good animal fat and avoid processed vegetable oils

2) Eat 3 meals a day at regular times, minimize snacking

3) Add OX BILE tablets with each meal

4) Take SWEDISH BITTERS (1/2tsp with water) before meals.

5) Take COD LIVER OIL and other foods rich in VITAMIN D

6) Avoid processed and grilled meats and other carcinogens.

As with ALL new plans or ideas, go slowly and trust your own

body instincts. We all have our individual idiosyncracies.
