Guest guest
I also need to mention that I'm almost 50 years old, am pre-menopausal and I've been in my bleeding cycle for almost three weeks now with no letup. I generally have to eat some red meat to keep from becoming anemic but haven't been able to do that because I was advised to stay vegetarian to try to slow down my gallbladder attacks. I eat lots of raw food and no grains and recently no dairy although I consumed raw goat dairy in the past year. I finally found some good archived stuff just with the key word " dissolving " if that helps anyone. I read one post that said I probably need to get rid of even the good fats while I'm trying to heal my gallbladder. Yikes!!! I feel like I'm down to nothing. Howzabout just coconut oil for a few months? So I don't go out of my mind? Please pretty please? But back to my pre-menopausal problem -- unfortunately, my body simply isn't absorbing all the greens I eat (I'm talking *a lot of greens* with fruits loaded with vitamin C) and the resulting anemia is probably contributing to my body doing the opposite of what it's needing to do -- stop bleeding which it won't).
