Thanks Donna, I'm looking forward to trying it. I was grateful for the

info on the young greens because I have bought dandelion from the farmers

market and it was just too bitter to eat. I was hoping your magic dressing

would fix the problem and now I see that part of the problem was the age of

the dandelion. This was helpful information. Thankyou.
