Thanks Suzanne...... I'll keep checking the archives. Honestly, my diet is

very healthy, but I was eating to many nuts....even if they were the good

kind.

I'm grateful for my attack....it certainly focused my attention on which

health step needs to be addressed next.

Nuts/Seeds are very difficult too digest in thier natural raw state especially

for a digestive system compromised individual .... (which includes any

Individual with Gallbladder issues

I prefer to soak them overnight or 24 hours in water (too cover sufficently)

with some celtic salt ...the soak period starts enough of the germaination

process to remove some negatives associate with digesting raw nuts .....then I

make a blended thick sauce/dressing out of them with my special concoctions &

have with sprouted legumes/raw or cooked vegetables ...Nuts/Seeds shouldnt be a

problem like this ..the blending removes the other negative ..ie raw nuts &

seeds are very difficult too chew sufficently well too facilitate even average

digestion ( & when considering a digestive system compromised individual

...well..you know the rest)..fwiw
