Too practical... people can do it without medical advice...no financial

benefit for the drug companies.... get it? LOL

I have no idea but would love to know. I am a night person, primarily, so my

clock is different than regular folks' clocks!

Taking the lemon in the morning is an old practice. I remember reading

about it years ago. I believe it's supposed to be taken first thing in

the morning because it stimulates the bowels. You've fasted all night

by sleeping.

I drink Willard Water all day which is alkaline. It's cleansing and has

a similar action in the body, except I drink it from morning until

night. The water is a concentrate that you dilute. It also doubles

your supplements and drugs so less is needed. The " Water " has had it's

properties changed. I also use the diluted water with a bit of extra

concentrate in it, and use it on my face and on any scratches, bruises,

cuts, bites, etc. as it helps the body heal very quickly. I recommend

the " Dark " concentrate because of the minerals. It has no taste to it,

but somehow makes the water taste better.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful.

Yes that was what I was going to say...lol lol lol

Well done!

I have had a heck of a time telling my other half

these very words.

I understand the need to be up doing the time that the

computers and cell phone traffic and heavy electric

things are sleeping, but I have yet to convince him

that the body does not change just because we have a

different way of using it!!!

I hope the chart helps!!!

yours in good...no great health for us all!!!

nieema

It is spring...can you feel it????

Fresh veggies and butterflies, bees and frogs, breezes

and snizzes...ain't life great!
