Guest guest
Yes, I agree. This is what the GP told my grandfather when he suffered from gallstones in the 40's. Now why has our medical system rejected this advice gained from years/centuries? of experience? ~S --- " Vince Richter " <new_man85@h...> wrote: > BTW, first thing in the morning I have my fresh squeezed lemon in > warm water to flush and alkalinze my liver and kidneys. Guest guest
Greetings All How about the timing of Lemon in the evening? Can you do it right before bed??? Will that go well with our body digestive clocks? Good health nieema > > > Yes, I agree. This is what the GP told my grandfather when he > > suffered from gallstones in the 40's. Guest guest
That's a good question, Suzanne. In your grandfather's day, the medical doctors spent more than 2 minutes with their patients, made housecalls, and didn't live luxuriously compared to their patients. Go figure... Guest guest
hi nieema, In general, lemon is always good I drink it squeezed in my water when I eat out every chance I get-regardless of what time of day it is. However, the benefit of drinking it fresh squeezed in warm water first thing in the morning (and wait a while before eating or drinking anything else) can't be duplicated at any other time of the day from what I understand. That is when our systems are waking up, and this helps get our systems in top shape for the ensuing day. Vince > > > > > Yes, I agree. Guest guest
Hi Neysa, Being a night person would make you able to stay up later and be more alert and productive later in the evening and night. The body's clock is set and maintained by the luner cycle and not altered much by our sleep pattern. Most serious industrial accidents at 24 hour facilities happen on the night shift right before sunrise, because our bodies are at their low then, whether we're sound asleep or " fully " awake and alert. That's why the liver cleanse is timed as it is-10:00pm to take the oil, then go right to sleep (per the cleanse). That's not to say that fat intake at any time doesn't produce a contraction of the gall bladder: it does. At the peak energy of the liver and gall bladder we have the best time to flush-that's at night whether we are night or morning people. The peak time to benefit from the liver cleansing of lemon juice is first thing in the morning when our organs are still waking up and getting ready to face the day's digestion and elimination duties Vince > > > How about the timing of Lemon in the evening? I am a night person, primarily, so my clock is different than regular folks' clocks! > Smiles > Neysa
