Kefir instead of Yogurt?

What do you all think of Kefir?? I find it has much more of the good stuff

than yogurt and it replentishes itself in days (grow your own stuff) and I

use the liq in anything I would use buttermilk for plus make awesome

smoothies with it!

Kefir has been wonderful for me. I even like it better than yogurt. I can

drink it plain, but yogurt always had to have a little something in it to make

it more palatable. It's also easier to make because you can just brew it at

room temperature in a glass jar and it's good to go in 12-24 hours.
