Guest guest
My husband did his forth flush this weekend. This time he did the ES. We still aren't seeing a lot of stones, but we are seeing some. The good news is he is feeling better, still not well. This tells me that there is more work to do still. I think the greatest lesson is patience. As many of you have said, you don't get here overnight. It won't go away overnight. Seems like it's a process you have to go through to get well. You have to be patient to let nature work it's magic. When you aren't feeling well, it's difficult to be patient, but hopefully in the end, we'll realize everything we have done is right. Newbies, I'm not an expert. I do appreciate all the advice I have been given and look forward to each and every post. You never know when someone will say " the right thing " that sinks in. Also, not having been diagnosed with gallstones, but definitely having symptoms, I decided to flush this weekend too. I was very surprised at the rock that came out. I look forward to continuing the process and feeling better down the road. I'm trying to figure out how to get that ES stuff down. I had a really hard time with it. Yuck and gag! I'm going to try the magnesium citrate next time. Thanks to all who have advised and comforted me. I hope to reciprocate! csc
