Guest guest
I recently had my annual check with blood work done. It came back that I had a High ESR rate or Sedimentation Rate. Does anyone know what this is? Also my cholesterol was a bit high. Does anyone know how I can bring these figures down? I think I'm eating pretty well, most the things the doctor said to do, I was already doing. Would having gallstones make my sed rate high?
