Guest guest
>>>, did you have your gallbladder removed? i think it was you who suggested that I may have had sludge and not stones. i think it was also you who suggested I had a magnesium deficiency when i had the eyetwich problem That's completely gone by the way. I don't even take magnesium as regularly as I should. I 'll never know I guess since things have changed and I feel like I live in a different body anyway.<<< Hi , I think that might have been me who suggested the sludge and mag deficiency. How wonderful to hear that you are feeling much better ) I have also cut back on my mag supplementation and prefer to take mag rich foods instead. I do take a short course every now and then if I think I need it. I haven't had my gb removed though and I'm pretty sure neither of the 's have either. Welcome to all the new members and a HUGE 'Hi!' to all the regulars. Apologies for my low profile lately but life is very busy with 7 little ones and I'm finding I'm having less and less time on the computer these days. I have over 300 unread messages in this folder so I must make some time to catch up. I hope you're all doing well. Will, I took some more of your advice from some time ago and added free range eggs (lightly poached) back into my diet. Well! They sure stimulated my gb and helped to stimulate bile flow. So once again my thanks to you for all the info that you share. Blessings to all Mama
Guest guest
Hi, I don't know who suggested sludge = mag deficiencies but when I had most gallbladder problems last year, all the other symptoms I had were also magnesium deficiencies and dehydration. I had eye twitches, sore feet, muscle aching and twitching, charlie horses, heart fluttering, and the dreaded ever acting up liver. I have no gallbladder. I used a magnesium and malic acid supplement, which really helped. When I did my series of Master cleanses and liver flushes (I had already passed stones before this), I passed a lot of sludge of varying colors during each flush. It was fairly thick and started out as mustard yellow-orange and progressed to brown to green to dark pea green. Obviously It was not in very good health to start. I am a big beleiver in keeping my liver working so I don't watch what I eat, in respect to non fatty foods. I like to keep things moving along. last summer I did a liver flush ever 10-14 days for about 10 liver flushes then I backed off and did one just a few weeks ago. This last one, I did not pass dark pea green but it was still green which lets me think that I need to do thses flushes now every 4 times per year at minimum. I have just talked my husband into doing them as he has asthma and needs to do a few of them so I well likely have to do them every time he does so he is not suffering alone : ) G Murray Janne wrote: >>>>, did you have your gallbladder removed? i think it was you who suggested that I may have had sludge and not stones. i think it was also you who suggested I had a magnesium deficiency when i had the eyetwich problem That's completely gone by the way.
