It is possible to get a stone stuck there at the end of the pancreatic duct. Obviously very dangerous if it happens. Creates pancreatitis. Please do not let this scare you though; the occurrence is extremely rare, to the point of being almost a non issue in my book. Passing gallstones is a normal occurrence (hopefully) and should be encouraged in every way possible. The above mentioned situation gets dealt with if it develops but should not deter you from your path to better health.
