Guest guest
, It sounds like your research has led you to the right place. Your symptoms sound bona fide for gallstone issues, particularly the pain and gas bloating following a fatty meal. One benefit of this plan is that it's possible that you may get relief from the IBS condition as you begin to address the GB issues. What you need to do now is begin digging deeper. You have no idea what's out there! The stellar liver cleanse books by Cabot and Moritz (get them both) will give you the flushing techniques you need, the foods to avoid, the foods to eat, as well as information about herbs and supplements. Be sure to back through the FAQ and particularly the ARCHIVES of this discussion group. Your success will be directly proportional to the amount of seeking you do. You are LUCKY! Most of us wish we would have found this mother lode of information when we were at the stage of the game where you are! Nevertheless, this approach works no matter where you are at, there is something for everyone. This is not to say you don't have other illnesses however. Blood tests or other diagnostic protocol is not out of the question in the beginning if you are concerned. If you are not having some degree of success, get thee to a profession (holistic) healer.
