Guest guest
>>>I would also like to someone who has had weird symptoms like a racing and skipping heartbeat, foggy headedness, blurry vision, etc.<<< Hi Randy, Not sure this is strictly 'on topic' for the GB forum, but I seem to remember Will covering this briefly before (Sorry Will! LOL)? I just got my daily digest and noticed no one had responded to your query yet, but IMHO I would suggest that you go to see your doctor asap. In truth, no one here can tell you the cause of your unique situation and even doctors will do a battery of tests to determine the cause - blood tests to check for electrolyte imbalances, deficiencies, etc, and you should also have an echocardiogram, ECG (and 24 hour holter monitor), and/or stress test. In most cases, the skipping sensations are benign PVCs or PACs that may be caused by stress, MVP (mitral valve proplapse which is very common), or a transient irritation like an electrolyte or hormonal imbalance or iron deficiency, but so important to rule out any other concerns, first. Please be sure you seek out proper medical attention for this. I know that the sensation of your heart racing and skipping is very upsetting when it happens, but many people will experience heart rhythm irregularities at some point in their life that are temporary and benign, though they should never be ignored. I did a lot of online research about this and found that even on the heart forums the doctors are loathe to offer any advice and will only tentatively speculate, telling individuals to physically see their doc. In fact, if I may be so bold, I would suggest you also hold off from any further liver/GB flushing or supplementation until you have been medically seen. All the best, Randy - I picked up on this, because I recently experienced a rather disturbing heart rhythm that came and went for several months and one instance where it occurred constantly all weekend. The cardiology tests uncovered nothing more than PVCs caused by an " unknown irritation " (my intuition tells me that in my case it is hormonal) - but each situation is unique so can't emphasize strongly enough that it's important to get this investigated thoroughly by your doctor asap. The side benefit is that stress will always exacerbate a heart problem, so " knowledge is power " and it will take a load off to know what is causing this, in your case, and what can be done to rectify it.
