Hi,

does anyone on here have or had eye-twitches and

muscle twitches, I understand that it's a magnesium

deficiency, anyone really researched on the subject or

know exactly the best most absorbable magnesium

supplement.

I know Kelp is supposed to be good but is there a food

grade kelp that's just amazing. I've looked at health

food stores.

Raw chocolate so far seems to be the best food source

but it gives me mini attacks.

Maybe I should soak it like other nuts or cook it or

buy cocoa powder...

Have you tried E-lyte liquid Magnesium?

I like liquid minerals (and herbs) they seem to absorb well.

,

I have had eye twitches for a year or so. I was going through a

stressfull time at the time and the Med Dr. said only a drug like paxil

would help. I opted not to take the drug and looked into deficiencies

which led me to magnesium. The Optometrist also said that only stress

causes eye twitching. I have suffered from gallstones as well as sore

feet. I started taking magnesium with malic acid and that seemed to be

somewhat of a help. But what really helped by taking a different

attitude and I started a very extensive routine of master cleansing and

liver flushing together. (see my other post on Master cleansing). I

changed my attitude about the stressor in my life which also helped. The

twitching was so bad that I could not look at anybody while talking, it

really was out of control. I was almost ready to quit my job. 8-9

weeks of MC and liver flushing, while the stressor was aaway from work,

turned this and my many other problems around.

Hi,

I guess I'll do that once I'm done with the bottle of

natural calm I just got, along with the bottle of

Magnesium taurate.

so far so good.

It seems like I'm actually absorbing this magnesium

citrate, my stools are looser.

I take it with Yerba Matte tea, yerba matte contains

magnesium in it naturally, like 5% of your dailyr

requirement per cup.

It's a very popular tea people drink in South America,

instead of coffee, many Europeans are replacing it for

coffee, kind of like some Americans with green tea.

Anyhow this tea is a great natural source of magnesium

so I brew the tea and throw in my natural calm.

i still will like to eat more chocolate because I

prefer natural sources for minerals but right now in

the defficient state that i " m in it will be a slow

process.

One thing though my stomach burns in the morning a

little.

That happens when I take certain c supplements.

Maybe the citrate contains acids I'm sensitive to,

Either way I like the results of this natural calm.

I still have some testing to do.

I spent the day by different pools at different hotels

with friends drinking wine and eating, didn't notice

the eye-twitches too much.

Thanks everyone for all the info.
