I'm not sure if doing the master cleanse by itself helps gallstones. I

do the both of them at once. I have been doing several 10 day cleanses

where I start and end with liver cleanses and have done many mini, 4-5

day, MC cleanses in between as well ending with a liver cleanse and I

feel so much better. I have not felt this good since I was in high

school. ( a long time).

The lemon drink by itself would likely help but not as dramatic as the 2

together. I'm sure it must help some, as it alkalizes the body. I do

not feel there is any danger to the liver cleanse. I do the liver flush

with grapefruit juice as well as mix the epsom salts with grapefruit

juice to make it go down better. I see incredible results each time.

I do not have a gall bladder, but have passed stones. Not once have I

experienced pain during a planned flush.

Some benefits these 2 cleanses combined are:

1) The first liver flush the bile was whitish yellow. the second LF was

more yellow orange. the third was very deep orange to dark green. the

rest ssince then have been fairly pea green.

2) The sharp pains in the heal of my feet are gone.

3) The enlarged spleen has gone down somewhat.

4) The enlarged hard liver has gone down somewhat.

5) The brain fog has lifted a lot.

6) The joint pain has pretty well diminished.

7) My energy has greatly increased

8) My blood pressure went from 144/96 to 125/70

9) In the last year have dropped 20 lbs without really changing my

lifestyle other than doing the cleansing.

If you are serious about the Master Cleanse then get to a support group

that specializes in helping people get through to the end of their fasting.

I've done the master cleanse several times without any loss of stones. I've

lost some stones doing the flush. I've been doing a parasite cleanse and will

try the flush again soon.

I've had gallbladder attacks since 1985 and the flushes I have done did not

cause me any problems. I don't know that the master cleanse did me a whole lot

of good.

Thank-you all for the information. I think I will try this, but it

sounds like a flush will work better to get rid of the stones. Have

any of you tried the Coke-Cola gallbladder flush?

i don't think Coke-Cola gallbladder flush is good because Coke-Cola is

not good for health already!
