It's the fasting part, no it's the Epsom salt part, no it's the nausea. I'm not a faster. I have to eat every three to 4 hours I'm already too thin as it is. Well not too too thin but I just hate the fasting after 2 p.m part. I'll try to work myself up to it, somehow. I did get natural calm, we'll see how that goes. I use to have muscle twitching all over my body actually and that has subsided and yes I'm under an insane amount of stress due to the fact that I'm an actress in LA constantly driving around in the unbearable traffic, auditioning and trying to make something happen. Yoga helps a lot with the stress. I guess I have to buckle down and flush, there's also a hormone test I'll be taking to see if I have too much estrogen, Thanks to another member. Guest guest Posted June 19, 2005 Report Share Posted June 19, 2005 I find that bumping the time a couple of hours later helps with the starvation- Fast after 3 or 4, and start the salts at 7 or 8; just end up going to bed later...I hate flushing too, but me personally- I remember the pain I endured for several years, the false diagnosings, so yea, I have to talk myself into doing it at least once or twice a year now for maintenance.
