Hello everyone....my name is and I am a new member as of today.

I have been having gallbladder pain off and on for the past year, not

realizing what it was...until last week. I had the worst attack on

Sat Night that I ever had that lasted about 7 hours. I had teh

ultrasound on Thurs and sure enough, there was the gall stone (or more

that haven't showed up). I am not sure on the size yet, but plan to

call the doc and find out tomorrow.

Anyway, since the ultrasound, I have been extremely uncomfortable

(although Sunday through that time wasn't too bad). sometimes pain,

but not like an attack. Anyway, on Thurs the doc called in a prescrip

for Levaquin (antibiotic) because the gall was inflamed and he wanted

to get that under control. The discomfort was such after the poking

and prodding of the ultrasound that on Fri he also prescribed

Lortab...definitely helped.

Well, also on Fri, not wanting surgery if I can avoid it, I turned to

the internet looking for alternative ways to see if I could " cleanse "

it out. YEA!!! I found lots...all dealing with olive oil and lemon

juice and perhaps epsom salts.

Okay...here is my question. I have been on the apple juice " fast "

since Friday. Just apple juice and water. and I am so uncomfortable

with the bloating and haven't had a BM since Thur.

SHOULD I STILL GO AHEAD WITH THE FLUSH TOMORROW????

Please oh please answer!! Counting on all of you who have been

through this before.
