Guest guest
About the hormone issue, I'm 52 and look 10 years younger (at least, so I've been told). I've been using a highly recommended hormone cream recommended by Dr. Lee for quite some time now. My period finally stopped just last November. Since the insomnia started several years ago, it's not connected to the hormonal issue. As I've been cleansing, the insomnia has changed from lying awake for hours, to waking up every 2 hours. The more difficult the food is to digest, the worse the insomnia. Therefore, fats, proteins and cooked foods are hardest to digest, or take more energy to digest. During the middle of the night, I noticed a lot of digestion going on. The hour of the liver is about 2-4 a.m. when it's working hardest. Food allergies generally trigger an immediate reaction on my face. What I've noticed in the last few weeks is that my skin is not breaking out the way it used to, which means that the food allergies are being healed through the liver cleansing. The reason why I know that allergies clear up through the cleanse, is that I've had immediate reactions after eating even an non-allergenic food, and then cleansed, and the allergies were gone. I started liver cleanses back about 12 years ago for several months, but never changed my eating habits, nor followed up with twice yearly cleanses. So I've managed to get myself right back to where I was back then. The insomnia started back then, only waking once a night at the same time, about 4 am to 4:30 am. I also had really puffy eyelids which are also a symptom of poor digestion related to fats. That cleared up once I started on the cleansing as did the insomnia. I know that this is the way to go as my symptoms keep improving. I've also found that job stress during the day affects my sleep, and the stress also causes gallstones. I meditate daily, and take my supplements, flax oil, lecithin, fiber, no meat, using the hormone cream and exercise. I'm also going to an acupuncturist for pain from repetitive stress injuries and whiplash. I feel I've got a good handle on the whole thing.
