Guest guest
>>>I know that the insomnia is due to digestion as I've tried different foods and not eating and have found a correlation between the insomnia and what I ate for dinner.<<< Hi , Just wondering, but in addition to your flush protocol, have you been able to visit a holistic doctor to investigate the insomnia and other symptoms of imbalance further? From what I understand from my doc, food allergies, enzyme and hormone imbalances can be a source of all kinds of metabolism disturbances, including insomnia, nausea, IBS, palpitations...you name it. Like you, I've had similar symptoms and upon having allergy testing done, was very surprised to discover that I was allergic to wheat, eggs, corn and soy. Limiting these foods as best as I can has helped a lot, especially with my IBS (bloating, gas pain, constipation and diarrhea). I'm waiting on hormone tests that may reveal more with regard to periodic bouts of insomnia. You sound very well-informed and sure of your health protocol, so I apologize if this is all stuff of which you are already aware...though perhaps it will be of help to someone else in their health investigations? ) Peace, n
