Guest guest
Hi there , you can view my photos here: dddeaton99 then look in my briefcase. I agree with Sara on protein intake---you only need approx 100--110g a day---divided that evenly thru out the day (5-6 meals)---So you only need approx 20g of ea per meal (thats one scoop of protein)don't forget the carb/veg. I believe all of us felt bloated in the beginning then your body will adjust and you will feel better (more energy etc). Hussman.com/eas site can help explain how this works. You will succeed and reach your goals---planning is the key and learning your bodies response. Guest guest
Hi , Thank you for sharing this information with me. I too am very frustrated with this illness but I'm trusting in God that I will be healed. I refuse to believe that I'll have to live with this for the rest of my life. I'm going to see a naturopath doctor next week; I'm very excited about that. I will share my experiences with him next week. Don't give up. Guest guest
: Just to be on the safe side, I'd see an endo and have all your hormones checked. You might be getting lower on estrogen or progesterone to cause the period to suddenly become lighter. Perhaps that thyroid stuff has affected your periods? Guest guest
Well I have had my hormones checked a few times and they have always been ok, and so I don't know if I am ready to get all new labs drawn up yet, maybe soon. I am wondering if my light periods are part of my age and my low body fat/exercise routine. never know I guess. hugs C In , Jane Doe <oceanlilly_csu@y...> wrote: > : > Just to be on the safe side, I'd see an endo and have all your hormones checked. Guest guest
It could be exercise. Since the women in your family (like mine) have their periods into their mid fifties, I doubt you're perimenopausal--but you never know. I'd see an endo whi thinks outside the box. Contact WIP, they will mail you a list of bioidentical hormone docs.It never hurts to check it out when you feel the need to do so. www.womensinternational.com naturalbeauty38 <naturalbeauty38@...> wrote: Well I have had my hormones checked a few times and they have always been ok, and so I don't know if I am ready to get all new labs drawn up yet, maybe soon. Guest guest
Hi , I Would at least try and get my money back! That is so ridiculous that the mail order was so messed up... At least you have your meds that you need... Just having a good job now a days is a wonder at times... Hows your heart doing??? Sugar??? Don't Overdue, and Don't forget to EAT!!! Post when ya can... ((( Caring Hugs ))) Helen Hello HelenWell, not on time. I have enough Insulin to last till I get back so I left them instructions to deliver on September 21 but not much more than that. As long as they actually follow the instructions, the insulin will be fine, if not they will be ruined and I won't have much time to have them replaced. I filled a 30 day order of metformin at the local pharmacy but because of all the mess with the Medco, the insurance company denied payment so I'm out of pocket on that even though I shouldn't be. They still shipped the meds that I don't need, that arrived before my trip. In truth, I should refuse to pay the co-pay for the meds that I did not order and I should insist on compensation for the emergency order of metformin. It's really a matter of whether I'll still be mad at them in three weeks time since arguing over the phone from Brazil would cost way more in long distance bills. I have half a mind to forward the wrong meds to a news reporter to see if they want to write a blurb about wrong meds being shipped by mail order pharmacies. The Rio project is in theory complete but of course there's the small nuances to work out and the local staff makes better progress when I'm around to advise them. I don't mind, it pays very well. Politically, things are in the works to bring me onboard as a permanent employee but that would mean making less money. Also politically, we don't even know if the company will be around much longer or if they'll just liquidate and there are other companies that want our team so we may all be jumping ship together.Regards, May today there be peace within you.May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be. Guest guest
Hello Helen I think I've overdone it on the sodium and the sugars, the last couple of days cause I feel really weak and I think I'm walking slower than usual again. That's the trouble with traveling on business, the diet and exercise gets all out of whack. My job situation is kind of strange, I'm making plenty of money, at least double if not more than ever before but that's by arranging the work to be on a contract basis. I have my medical insurance carried by the last company's COBRA and I think it would actually be cheaper to just go out and get my own medical coverage. The current company, wants me on full time, they'll still pay more than any of my previous employers but it would be a significant drop from what I'm making now, yet their internal paperwork is moving at the pace of molasses so I guess I keep to continue collecting the big fees. The group that I'm working with actually wants to split off and form a new company. That seems to be a matter of timing and financing right now. There's a good chance that joining the company will essentially reset the COBRA for another foray with forming a new company. Regards, angelbear1129@... wrote: > *Hi ,* > * I Would at least try and get my money back! That is so ridiculous > that the mail order was so messed up... Guest guest
- Kate I remember having that! Guest guest
Thanks, , Yes, the happy herbalist IS still around and sending out lovely thick, plush, creamy organic SCOBY starters. I just got one from him last week. He also frequents the group for kombucha...a very friendly and talkative and knowledgable group. I'm glad to hear it worked for you.
