Guest guest
My understanding is that gallstones are caused by a high consumption of sugar, lack of exercise, a diet high in the wrong kind of fats, and stress. I can vouch for all of the above in my case, after eating much too much high fat ice cream, no or little exercise, and lots of stress both on the job and in my personal life. Women are more likely than men to suffer from gallstones. For those of you who have found yourself expressing anger at times, the liver holds our anger, and detoxing the liver also removes or eliminates the anger. I've personally experienced that myself during the last year and a half of liver cleansing. Nuts are healthy in moderation, but not the roasted salted kind. Commercial nuts are rancid and they are roasted to hide the flavor. Yes, green tea is caffinated unless it says decaf on the container. I'm taking a high quality silymarin which actually states that it prevents gallstones. I added peppermint capsules yesterday as peppermint is said to rid the body of gallstones also. I did all of the zapping and parasite cleanses and found that it didn't make much difference in the amount of stones that came out during a cleanse. I have seen black " nests " come out during a cleanse, however. For those of you who are doing the parasite cleanses in order to progress onto a liver cleanse, you might try juicing the garlic with an apple just the week of the cleanse. Or try something simple like 4 drops of oil of oregano in a little water twice a day, again just a few days prior to the cleanse, remembering to stop it on the days you are fasting and eating no fat. The double cleansing technique I use, has more than doubled the number of stones that come out without any prior preparation such as parasite cleansing. I can easily say that I'm getting 50-100 stones at least if not more with each cleanse compared to a year of cleansing with little results, even though I was juicing garlic prior to the cleanse. I don't even zap anymore. Namaste,
Guest guest
Hi Nina, There are many reasons that we form gallstones - diet, hormones, quick weight loss, general health....... Nuts are very hard on your digestion when your GB is not healthy- they can even precipitate an attack. Look into the groups links/ files for more info on diet. You will find that foods that stimulate the GB are to avoid when the GB is very weak, but these same foods should be an integral part of your diet to keep the GB's health. ~S " ninavitus " <ninavitus@h...> wrote: > 1.
