Dear Niemma:

I agree but Mark has been drinking coffee and no water. Change is hard for

all of us. I have found gradual change works the best for most people. Black tea

" looks " similiar to coffee, it just smells and tastes different. It is a

place to start. When black tea is an established habit then adding some green

tea

is an easy leap.

Actually the latest research has found both teas -- black and green have

extraordinary health giving properties, slightly different in what. And as I am

sure you are aware, in general, black tea and green tea are the same, just one

is oxidized more than the other before drying.
