Its not bad. I guess it would work cold too since you seem to like that morning cold drink. Gad, Mark. Mello Yellow and Marlboros. Think there might be any correlation between your sleep issues and your caffeine and nicotine consumption? I expect you will be delightfully surprised how good you are going to feel in a short time of a different lifestyle. (Atlanta)
Guest guest
" ... Mark has been drinking coffee and no water. Change is hard for all of us. I have found gradual change works the best for most people. " Hi , and thanks again. You're right about the gradual change. I'm sorry to have mislead you, but I've never been a coffee drinker, really. For several years, I've been doing worse than coffee. I've been literally living on Mello Yello :-| (for those of you in the many parts of the country where it's not sold, Mello Yello is one of Coke's versions of a high caffeine " citrus " soft drink). Before I got sick\health conscious, I would wake up drinking this (it was literally my breakfast - along with a couple Marlboros) and drink it continually until bedtime. For the past 3 years, I've been taking Sonata (a prescription, non-addictive sleep-aid) to go to sleep at night. For about 10 or 12 years, I drank 6 to 8 cans in the winter, and 10 to 12 cans in the summer - daily. But NO MORE of that! (the caffeine I was talking about drinking the other day was a couple cups of coffee and some Luzziane tea ... found out that's not good, either). For those of you who ever fall off whatever wagon you're on, don't beat yourself up. Just think of me and you'll be proud of yourself, I'm sure. {:-\ Mark
