I have done the epsolm and grapefruit/oil cleanse while nursing about 2 years

ago. Nothing different or noticeable with the baby. Only, since nursing, I

drank a glass of applejuice when I was real hungry. Seems I always do better

starting the cleanse an hour later, since the baby stayed (and stays) up late,

and taking epsolm salt pills instead of drinking the water.

I did a mini cleanse with grapefruit and olive oil, but it didn't do

anything for me. Maybe because I didn't use epsoms? I plan to do the one

from my friend at Oasis Wellness Advanced. It's the same as another one,

but I forget that website address - ghchealth or something. I've been

taking milk thistle, lecithin, and wheatgrass powder everyday. That's all

I'm doing now though.
