Hi,

I had mine removed about 4.5 years ago,and for the

last 3 months I just started to feel better.I did a

liver cleanser once, but it was to intense for me,so I

just changed my diet radically. No red meat, very little

fat and alot of fruit and vegies.I was told by my

Doctor and read that your bile duct can end up taking

place of your gallbladder.Don't know if that is true.

All I know is that it was really hard for me to find

my answers to living w/out pain after my gallbladder

was removed. From time to time, like as least 2 to 3

times during the week I still free discomfort or

pain, but I am still learning what not to put in my

body ,and what I can't put in I put on my list of

foods to stay away from.

Oh,and another thing I do not

eat out anymore unless it is sushi,I just get to sick

from the food, and I guess it has to do with the

fat/grease that is used.Hope that helped.
