Tom: Just reading your second post to me. I don't drink alcohol other than on

special occasions, i.e., holidays, etc.. The medications I take eliminate the

intake of alcohol for the most part. I actually plan ahead about that. If I

know I'm going to be socially consuming, I do what I call a " med work around " ,

doing so without jeopardizing the need for the meds.

I certainly happy you were able to loose the weight and still be able to

continue some level of social drinking that satisfies part of your life.

Red wines get my vote! Lots of research showing they actually

are healthy (and most of the research isn't even on the organic type).

Kefir beer is good too! And it isn't damaging by anyone's standards,

the alcohol content is rather modest.

hi i my gallbladder is full of many stones and i have a night out

tonight for a friends birthday and i would like a drink what is the

chances i would get an attack and what drinks would you recommend if

any thanks allot

Yes its ok to drink beer or wine with LDN occasionally. I've drank once in awhile with LDN and it hasn't effected the LDN.
