Cleansing w/out Epsoms

Do you think it's OK to cleanse w/out Epsom salts? I am nursing my baby and

don't want to use epsoms. Do you think it would work just as good following

hulda clarkes cleanse minus the Epsom salts? Doesn't the Epsom salts dilate

the ducts so the stones don't get stuck? Would I be in danger of lodging a

stone if epsoms weren't used? I've still got 9 more months before I can

fully cleanse, and I am desperate to try something now. I will wait if I

need to, but I'd love to try just the olive oil and lemon juice if it would

work???

Spend a few minutes reading the archives. You will find MANY cleanses there

-- some are the slower kind you can do without Epsom salts.

If you look at the bottom of this message you will see the links to the

cleanses.

Also, search for messages by a woman who posted as wittfamily. She was called

Mama. She has 7 darlings and she breast fed and figured out how to manage her

gallbladder at the same time. She is extraordinary and if you take the time

to find her messages you will learn a bundle.

You need to keep searching over and over. The first search goes back X days

and the second goes back further, and each additional one further still. She

was posting in Jan - June 2003 when she was pregnant with her last child.
