Guest guest
I like to use the blender to start soups- use a timer to cook the veggies- usually three min to already boiling- I am trying to acquire taste for cooked veggies, I like them raw- olive oil and sea salt are best, even in soups. I recently read okra is an excellent source of pectin- randabra <randabra@...> wrote: , thanks for the juicing info. That's a great site. I never thought of using frozen veggies. I will surely give it a try. I tried Kale once, but I over cooked it in order to digest it. That's why I'm thinking of throwing of veggies into a blender or juicer and drinking them or making soup to digest them. This way I won't have to over cook them and kill the nutrients. I'd also like to try the bariani olive oil. It seems that people on this site really like it. Thanks and best of health to you...Randi > > > It > > you for some tips on juicing and also if you could > > recommend any good > > juicers. > > > > I have lots of trouble eating veggies, especially > > greens, because I > > get terrible stomach acid & reflux from them.
