Hi there,

http://www.discountjuicers.com/information.html

Above is the link to the best juicing website

available as far as I'm concerned,

Containing pretty much everything you need to know

about juicing.

Click on the links that appeal to you.

Lots of great info!

As far as not being able to eat vegetables, is there a

trader joe's in your area?

Maybe you can start with organic frozen green beans

and organic frozen broccoli, cooks in less than 5

minutes maybe that can be a slow transition for you

into fresh.

See how your stomach handles it.

I like to put bariani organic olive oil and celtic sea

salt on them, taste amazing with wild atlantic salmon.

Plus they cost significantly less.

Can you eat Kale?

Try cooking them with olive oil and sea salt, they

taste great not too mention loaded with vitamins,

minerals etc.

Best of luck!

, thanks for the juicing info. That's a great site.

I never thought of using frozen veggies. I will surely give it a

try. I tried Kale once, but I over cooked it in order to digest

it. That's why I'm thinking of throwing of veggies into a blender

or juicer and drinking them or making soup to digest them. This way

I won't have to over cook them and kill the nutrients. I'd also

like to try the bariani olive oil. It seems that people on this

site really like it.

Thanks and best of health to you...Randi
