Hi all,

I had aquestion about dairy. As you know I have not been eating any

dairy what so ever. I had a piece fo cheddar cheese got sick and I

will not be eating that for a while.

Well my question is...was it the fat in the cheese that causes the

reaction or is it dairy in general. The cheese had 6 gram of fat to a

slice, will a lowfat or no fat cheese cause the same problem.

I was thinking mainly about cottage cheese. I need a good lowfat

source of protein, and i know cottage cheese is easy to digest. I was

thinking no fat, or low fat cottage cheese. I mean is it all dairy,

Ill avoid it, but if its the fat in the dairy then I coudl have a

little cottage cheese. Let me know Ok.
