Guest guest
Hi, I just found you yesterday and am delighted to meet you all. I had what I think was a gall/bladder attack a few weeks ago. It felt like someone was pushing a large (shooter-sized) marble into my organs in the middle front of the right 1/2 of my rib cage. It bothered me a couple of days before I decided what action to take....then decided to try a friend's homemade version of Dr. Schulze's liver/gall-bladder cleanse. (I traded her some barley- grass juice powder for it.) A few days after the 5-day cleanse, I got a screaming pain accompanied by a searing burning that only lasted a moment and then the pressing marble feeling was gone. I have, however had some discomfort in that same area....soreness and sometimes bouts of discomfort, tho not real pain and, oddly enough, occassionally I get some itching feeling deep in that area....can't scratch it--too deep. A couple of days after that searing pain, I started getting quite sick and paranoid and ummmmm, nasty. I couldn't control my more unpleasant hateful thoughts towards people that I had ALREADY forgiven....... That lasted about a week. Then suddenly, and I do mean suddenly I felt great and was happy and content again. Ah-HA! I thought, must have been a cleansing reaction AFTER the gall-stone went on through. I have since ordered a couple of Liver/Gallbladder cleanses from Dr Schulze and am sorta doing a juice fast and colon cleanse..... (sorta means I had to have two small bites of the canollli [sp?] that my daughter brought from New York and I don't juice fast every single day---will still eat a salad now and then). After reading some of the archives yesterday, will add in some UDO's oil today (essential fats). I've been working for a few years now at cleaning up my diet and trying to get better at exercising and I had been making really good strides recently in the exercise dept when this hit. It really surprized me as I didn't expect any major health challenges this far into my health clean-up game. I suspected that I was eating far too many nuts and fats. As my diet now rarely has any animal products in it now, my logic said it had to be the nuts. I have two questions: 1. In reading some of the archives, there was some talk of diet not being the cause of gall-stones. Did I understand that correctly? If so, then perhaps eating nuts may be the reason I didn't lose any weight on this eating program, but not the cause of the gall-bladder attack? Somehow that doesn't quite make sense to me. Can anyone please either explain or refer me to a place where I can find more info on this? My thinking is that diet and life- style is the cause of darn-near ALL our health problems. 2. Has any one used Dr Schulze's liver gall/bladder cleanses? What was your success with these? He claims his formula's dissolve gall/stones and those backed up into the liver, as well as killing the parasites. Thanks, Nina
