Guest guest
Well I have good news for caffiene lovers. Since i have had the tummy problem, my Dad suggested I get some green tea. But not the processed stuff in the store. The real leaves that do not come in a bag from the chinese supermarket. Apparently green tea is known for breaking down fats in the food u eat. Thats why dieters drink it so much. The one I use is called Osmanthus green tea comes in a green square tin made by Golden Dragon. It has caffeine in it but doesnt aggravate my tummy. I put decaff peppermint tea to flavor it, the mint of course is good for my tummy also...yeah. The tin is only $3, so if anyone wants to try it its cheap to try. It does give me a boast in energy, I don't drink a lot of it, just wo glasses a day. Whether it helps with the gas because it has herbal peppermint, that I havent decided yet. The caffiene free diet coke helps but im sure it a temporary thing. The tsp of apple cider in water after I eat is excellent for the bloat. Don't know how it works but I like it. If anyone else tries the tea let me know if it helps. I didn't mention it before because I doesnt seem to help with the bloat much. But I do feel more energetic after I drink it, maybe from the vitamins in it. My Dad says it has caffiene, but someone else I know says it doesn't. I go with my Dad, hes actually chinese. There is a chinese herbal pill for hangover and tummy ailments called Po Chai pills. But i havent been able to find it, and with my diabetes meds I'm not sure I want to try it. My grand {a used to take it, hes from Hong Kong. Sorry he didn't pass his herbal knowledge on to me he knew a lot about it. There was a language problem, I spoke English and he didn't haha. Let me know Ok guys.
Guest guest
Hello Kruser, Good point. But if you don't suffer from tremors caffine can be a great pick me up. Our neurologist has said that as long as tremors aren't a problem then caffine isn't an issue. Best Wishes... Greg
