I have also found while waiting my two weeks to do my next flush that

I need to drink the epsom salt (but one tablespoon works) and I add

it to apple juice ---For the pain. ( it's suppose to open the ducts

and relax them)---it does work!!!

And this is usually a hour or so after eating something.

I can't even go near half and half---only eating fiber (oatmeal),

fruit, a little pasta with sauce, some veggies.---NO fat whatsoever---

and for protein only turkey, chicken or fish.

can't imagine begin able to eat red meat.

Just can't digest----

Get digestive enzymes---must take those with a meal.

(immunesupport.com has a good one)

I am hoping after a few fasts that I can go back slowly to eating a

bit more regular---but realize I have to watch the fats now.

and my lipid profile was very low---must be digestion with me more--

hope this helps you---tina
