Guest guest
I am not sure if any of you seen the show INTERVENTION on Monday night. It was pretty incredible and if not try to catch it on a rerun PLEASE. The story was about a 26 yr old girl who at 18 was dx'd with RA (actually adult onset JRA). She is a beautiful girl who was a cheerleader when symptoms hit and was very progressive. Through it all she ended up on a daily regime of methotrexate, naproxen, lortabs, oxycontin, muscle relaxers, etc and was addicted. Her family, other than her father, seemed a bit hard on her. She did agree to the intervention and is still in treatment. You can also go to www.aetv.com to learn more.......I think all parents should watch this..... Hangin tight....
