Guest guest
Well, it's official - definitely has Crohn's. I was a nervous wreck yesterday. The first time any of my children have been hospitalized (even outpatient) and put under for a procedure. He did well though. He was so goofy when he came out of the sedation. lol. The doctor came out to talk to us after the procedure. He said that there is inflammation of the colon, near the appendix where it connects to the small intestine and it's covered in ulcers. He recommended a special diet (basically meat and potatoes) until we go back to Mayo on Wednesday and can start meds. *sigh* ( 13 - PolyJRA/Crohn's - http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/palexander) (Josh- 10 & Caity - 6)
