1. Where do you work? Southern Indiana Rehabilitation Hospital

and Frazier Rehab Institute

2. What color are your socks right now? None, I'm barefoot like the Kentucky

girl that I am!!

3. What are you listening to right now? channel-flipping from station to

station

4. What was the last thing that you ate? Homemade pizza

5. Can you drive a stick shift? yes, I learned to drive a stick when I was 16,

on my brother's 67 Chevy. I haven't driven a stick in a while, though. We had a

Ford Ranger back in the 80's that was a stick

6. If you were a crayon, what color would you be? blue

7. Last person you spoke to on the phone? Work; I'm on call today

8. Do you like the person who sent this to you? is an amazing lady,

fantastic mom, and a great contributer to the JRA list!

9. How old are you today? 47

10. Favorite drink? Sweet iced tea, Margarita

11. What is your favorite sport to watch? Volleyball, football

12. Have you ever dyed your hair? Every 6 weeks!

13. Any pets? 2 cats, Sonic and Boo-Boo (brother and sister)

14. Favorite food? Port tenderloin

15. What was the last movie you watched? Gross Pointe Blank

16. Favorite day of the year? I just love Easter

17. What do you do to vent anger? Cry, sometimes, or pray

18. What was your favorite toy as a child? roller skates, playing baseball,

playing barbies

19. What is your favorite fall or spring? Spring. Everything is so new and ALIVE

but I also love the fall colors

25. Living arrangements? Empty nesters! Rob left to go back to school yesterday

26. When was the last time you cried? Today, talking to a co-worker who lost her

father the day after Christmas

27. What is on the floor of your closet? Shoes

28. Who is the friend you have had the longest that you are

sending this to? I don't know; I'm only doing this on the JRA list

29. What did you do last night? Boy, this is embarrassing...I went to bed at

8:30! I was exhausted from the week and had a bad headache.

30. Favorite smells? Food cooking, beautiful flowers. I just love the smell of

roses, especially

31. What/who inspires you? My best friend . She is losing her sight,

has severe diabetes since she was 14, and still has such a positive attitude, an

unbelievable sense of humor and is my inspiration!!

32. What are you afraid of? I can do all things through Christ who strengthens

me

33. Plain, cheese or spicy hamburgers? cheese burger with ketchup only;

sometimes with lettuce and mayo

34. Favorite dog breed? Golden retriever, but mixed with somthing else...our

best dog we ever had was a golden retriever/collie mix, we called her a 'gollie'

35. Number of keys on your key ring? good grief, I don't have a clue. Hmmm...2

work keys, our house key, 2 keys for my car, I guess that makes 5

36. How many years at your current job? 10 years in April

37. Favorite day of the week? Friday

38. Which states have you lived in? Born in Kentucky, have lived in Indiana the

last 12 years.

40. Ever driven a Motorcycle or heavy machinery? I'm with , a lawn tractor

is about the heaviest piece of equipment I've ever driven. Never drove a

motorcycle but have ridden on several
