Guest guest Posted August 6, 2005 Report Share Posted August 6, 2005 eat more fruit--check you blood pressure and pulse- heart palps can be from dehydration problems losing electrolytes-- get some bananas and ingest salt--gatorade is good for this-- dehydration can cause heart attack as well as slip you into a coma--- nothing to fool around with--- also make sure you are taking a good multi-- eat some fiber in the morning---oatmeal (little milk is ok) you don't want the gallbladder to totally not work--it needs to empty some of the bile so you have to eat some fat (just a little bit) Losing weight fast can be very dangerous to all your organs!!!!!!!!!!! --- In gallstones , Carol in DC <news@c...> wrote: > After my first attack, and dropping milk and bad fats from diet slowly > lost weight for a couple months.
