Guest guest
We have a fig tree here in Florida and the little figs disappear all the time. We'll have a tree full and then -- wham! -- they're just gone. I think it's the Sandhill Cranes, and if it is it's worth it. They're such majestic creatures. We have a pair of bronze ones on the patio by the pool and the live ones come and try to start up a conversation with them all the time. It's great fun to watch. Shari, are you still doing your fast?? Guest guest
Hi Amber, I did have my GB removed in 1997-not knowing about flushing procedures-now I always feel sick which leads to other areas like Cushings Syndrome-my question for you, do you know how to do a liver purge/flush-do I need some enzymes or some other supplement for the rest of my life? ANYONE KNOW FOR SURE-EXPERIENCE i MEAN. I read on the CureZone.com about someones grandmother in 1945 Europe her doctor gave her 1 cup of olive oil and the juice of 10 lemons-and a fast. The poor lady was in so much pain that her sons had to hold her up and walk her around the house-it worked she never had to do it again. It was an interesting tale he remembered and is sharing it with us now. For whatever it is worth-but you are right, I say, " think twice and cut once " . Do one of the purges to flush your stones. Gallstones will form whether you have a gallbladder or not. However, with no GB, bile will continue to drip. I'll send you a private email in a minute with GB info and flush info. Amber bsomphan wrote: > I've been diagnosed w/ gallstones at 1.6 cm and met w/ my surgeon this > week. Guest guest
Dont jump into surgery if you dont have any serious health issues because of the Gall Stones. Gallstones are caused due to a weak liver.Take care of your liver and GB will be ok.. bsomphan <bsomphan@...> wrote: I've been diagnosed w/ gallstones at 1.6 cm and met w/ my surgeon this week. I've been scheduled to have my gall bladder removed on the 20th of this month. I'm really reluctant about having any of my body parts removed permanently if not necessary. What can I do to: 1. Remove the gallstones now. 2. Prevent gallstones in the future? Thanks, Sam --------------------------------- TV dinner still cooling? Check out " Tonight's Picks " on TV. Guest guest
From what I've read, it can be caused by the constant drip of bile. I really believe that doctors just tell people to have it removed (like mine told me) without informing people that the GB is actually an important organ. Yes, we can live without one, but I don't think we should if we can do anything to preserve it. Guest guest
Sam: I am re-posting this article of my own gallstone experience. I was scheduled for operation last May 23, 2006, but on the 22nd I called the doctor that I didn't want to pursue it. I'm also afraid of knives, needles, and blood in the hospital. Once you're good and back, NEVER, NEVER ATTEMPT to eat what food or drink beverages and liquours that had been causing you gallstone attacks. You'll surely have another one, if you do it. *************************** A Year After Escaping From Gall Bladder Operation As I read some articles here, one question interests me, which is about what to eat to evade from gallstone attack. From my experieces, most of my gallstone attacks happened after eating beef meat. There was one that happened, after I ate Dunkin donut adn Yohoo - both sweet products. One gallstone attack happened after after I ate Japanese Beef teriyaki. Three days after I was released from hospital (after 11 days of confinement), I still had no idea what really caused my gallstone attacks. So, I went to Boston Market to eat beef meatloaf. And from there I was attacked immediately again by gallstone. I was confined for four days more. This time, the doctor recommended ('coz I lost 21 lbs from 14 days of confinement) that after two months of resting, I should submit for gall bladder removal. My schedule of operation was May 23, 2006. But on May 22, I called the Doctor that I was backing out from the operation. Since then, all I did to evade from another gallstone attack are oily foods, and never, never taste at all any form of beef meat. Any food that has a lot of saturated oils, spicy, sweet, and acidic are enemies of gall bladders infected with gallstone. Since then, I've never tasted any brand of soda or beverage. I only drink pure water at room temperature, and never a cold water. While eating, I also drink apple juice until I finish my meal. I only eat grilled chicken meat, grilled fish, fresh vegetables, and fresh fruits. And I reduced my eating of rice and bread. One more suggestion that I also read from a health book is DO NOT OVEREAT, and NEVER BE HUNGRY. Both of these will irritate your gallbladder, and will cause gallstone attack. Have a good physical exercise, and have a bright life - or positive life. There's another supplimental drink that help the health of myself and my wife who has a heart problem. The drink is Xango, which is very popular now in the Internet, because it helps a lot of people with different illnesses. Aside from my gallstone, Xango had also reduced my fond of urinating every few minutes. Now, I could sleep longer without going back and forth to the bathroom at night. This is because I drink 2 tablespoons of Xango after my evening meal or before I sleep. As support for this product, I joined other people to promote it, and mine is at http://www.mymangosteen.com/distributors/JessGuim/ . Best regards to all. Guest guest
I'm so sorry to learn that you had surgery before knowing all the ramifications. I do not feel qualified to speak to you on this issue because I still have my GB. As a matter of fact, today is my one year anniversary of my only GB attack. So far, so good. Perhaps there will be someone still on this list who had surgery and might answer you. If not, you might talk with an N.D., or find out if there is a GB group for people who had surgery who might help you.
