(new to group) Experiences w/ psoriatic arthritis?

Hello all-

My name is and I am new to the list. My daughter Sophia (1 1/2 years old)

was diagnosed this week with psoriatic arthritis. Everything is pretty new to

me, but at this point she is not suffering greatly, she just has very swollen

fingers and I am kind of glad to finally know why. I am just wanting to learn

some of the basics of this disease and what it means for the future. Is there

much difference between Psoriatic and other types of JRA? I am curious to learn

from other's experiences and I look forward to being a part of this online

community.
