She had 4 performances this weekend and she (and the other kids) were amazing. During the last costume change on Sunday she slipped on the stairs. She did not think too much about it at the time. Yesterday her back and neck were quite sore and this morning she can hardly move. She winces with every move. We have an appointment with the ped at 9:40 this morning. Guest guest Posted December 16, 2008 Report Share Posted December 16, 2008 Hi Beth, We are glad that Hannah has been doing better but sad to hear that this had to happen to her!! We will be keeping her in our prayers as always and add in a few extra so that she gets back to feeling good again soon!! Is she done dancing now for the holidays or to they just keep on going? If she is anything like my oldest daughter (now 20 who danced tap,ballet,pointe,hip hop and jazz since age 4) she would have tried to dance anyway!! So for her sake I am hoping she has a little break now so she can heal! Hang in there! Warm hugs from Iowa.....where it is super cold and snowing like crazy! I'm so glad Elaney is doing well, sorry you have not been feeling better. I hope you get some answers very, very soon. Hannah is in a lot of pain tonight. The ped hopes its just a neck strain. Xrays were normal, but if she's not better by Monday she might need an MRI. He said since she fell Sunday, today and tomorrow should be her worst days. So we are using Tylenol; heat and a rub called Biofreeze. The next few days will be rough. I hate her missing any more school, but can't send her in excruciating pain either. Hope you guys have a wonderful Christmas. Say hi to Elaney from Hannah!
