Guest guest
Just an note to let you know that my daughter seems to think she can take care of her self now and really does not need me anymore where the doctors office is concerned. well maybe. With the beginning of school here I neglected to make sure we had a note for Jaye to be able to self modify in PE class. Now that she is in High School I should have been on top of it and had it all taken care of but not me. I forgot. Well I put a call in to the rheumy's office and rather then call me back at work the nurse called the house. It just so happened that I called at the same time and she told me that she was on the other line with the nurse. I told her to give mywork number to the nurse and have her call me. said " Why? I can tell her what is wrong and what I need can't I? " she is 14 going on 29 after all. So a bit later the nurse did call me and let me know that she had had a wonderful visit with Jaye and learned alot. Jaye had explained about the pain and swelling she is having and has had for the past week and I am sure that she described it much better then I could have anyway. We will get our self modify slip for school. The nurse was concerned about 's pain and swelling which I appreciate. I think maybe it was good for them to talk rather then just me. We go back to see the rheumy in 3 1/2 weeks. This makes four years in a row that has problems with her ankles in the fall. hmmmmm makes me wonder. I see a pattern forming. Previously we have seen this problem in October/November. But I am wondering if possibly the cool weather we have had over the past two weeks has confused 's body into thinking it is already Fall. Oh well, only time will tell. She is on her med's this time and her tummy troubles are under control for the most part I think. She is not a complainer. She is the one that will take care of me until I die. She prefers to take care of others rather then have them take care of her.? Veri & Jaye 14 poly? care of but I did not
