It's at a skilled nursing facility, and he will be a Certified Nursing Assistant / Respiratory Therapist. He'll be in their RT training program when he's not needed as a CNA, so it will be 2 different levels of pay, but I don't care! And since she hired him as a professional (the RT part) his insurance will kick in 30 days from the date of hire! I'm not sure of the pay, but anything has got to be better than living on unemployment. He'll be working on getting his year of experience that everyone requires. When he went they had already checked his references, and when he got there they just handed him the pre-employment paperwork that needs to be filled out. I'm so excited!
