Well I guess I will try to send a note and see if my computer will cooperate

with me long enough to get this sent. The girls have spent enough time on this

computer this summer downloading stuff and now it is so slow and likes to lock

up without notice.?

We had or visit to the opthamologist a couple of weeks ago. The trip was

uneventful and actually relaxing. We were able to get a room at the Marriott

across the street from Children's Mercy and only had to spend $39 plus tax for a

total of $45 per night. Very very nice.?? Jaye had to repeat the field

visual test and did not do much better this time then last. The opth, is not

sure how much of the test she is failing because she hates the test or if she

acutally has a problem. Jaye promised me that she tried hard to do it.

Since she had a good test the first time, I am fearful that? something is just

not right. The opth also told me the same. We have to go back in six months to

repeat it. If she can get a couple of good tests then we will not have to go

back for a year unless other issues develope. We do though have to be back at

Children's Mercy in five weeks to see the Rheumy. Jaye seems to be

feeling very good now. She still has morning stiffness but not for too long. She

promises me that she is taking her med's but when a thirty day supply lasts

nearly 45 days I know she is missing more then she should be. GRRRR. We went

through this last year during the summer months and then fall came and she

really struggled. So we will see how she is doing in October. The last three

years October has been when she started to struggle and it always lasts through

February or March I think. She is 14 and in charge so I have to be patient and

just try to encourage her. For now, I have more joint issues then she does and I

take my meds like clockwork.
