Any experience of arthritis fighting foods?

I'm reading a lot of stuff about fighting arthritis through the foods we eat.

I'm thinking of making some big changes to my 6 year old son's diet - tons more

fresh fruit and veg and drastically cutting back on processed foods and sugar.

Has anyone found that eating more or less of something has had any marked effect

on their child's arthritis?
