Guest guest Posted February 18, 2011 Report Share Posted February 18, 2011 Ibuprofen and NSAIDS (naproxen, etc)....should be monitored by the physician, as there are side effects, not just GI problems, from long-term usage. Liver and kidney function should be regularly monitored. Please, if your child is on NSAIDS, make sure that regular labs are being drawn.
