Guest guest
Thanks for all the prayers for Hannah during the back/neck sprain. She is still having pain, but is able to do most of her normal activities. We just use lots of heat before going to bed. She is still sleeping in the recliner, laying on a pillow on her bed is still painful. I also received a call this morning from her endocrinologist. We had her in for labs on Monday to check her vitamin D level. He says its still too low and doubled her dose of vitamin D for the next 6 weeks and then will recheck her again. Anyone know how long it takes for the levels to come up once supplements are started. As far as the rest of her joints go, she is about the same. Her new knee braces are awesome and at least she is having less pain after activity as long as she wears them and keeps them on for a few hours after activity. Her hands still challenge her but having a laptop at school has been a huge help, along with voice activated software at home. Hoping everyone is having a pain free day!
