Guest guest
My son was on Humira and both the arthritis and psoriasis improved, until it stopped working and we switched biologics. How long has she been on Humira? Maybe it is time for a switch? Guest guest
She has only been on it for one month. I am back to trying to get her into a dermatologist again but we have so few in this area it is 6b months for an appointment. We have started with the tanning again as just a few times really helped a lot last time. She has been on methotrexate for over a year now but can't tolerate much without some real issues so we are leaving her at .8 for now. We are just so frustrated. > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > Has anyone had an experience with Humera in which it made the arthritis > > better and the psoriasis worse? > > > > If so did they make them come off the Humera or did it eventually get > > better? > > > > Thanks, > > > > , Amber (16) > > > > > > > > > > -- > Moy > jaimelynmoy@... > > *Need graphic design work and want to help a great charity? Guest guest
Wow, 6 months is a very long time to wait. Is this just for a pediatric dermatologist or for any dermatologist? If it is going to take 6 months, I would suggest broadening your search for doctors to outlying areas, even if it means driving a few hours. In the meantime, I would definitely mention the psoriasis flare to the rheumatologist. Sorry I can't offer more advice.
